The homeowner hired Midwest Restorations before insurance funding was approved. We attended the initial inspection with the adjuster, obtained the first work scope, and documented a supplement that led to the revised August 2, 2024 estimate.

Work completed

Midwest Restorations completed the exterior work covered by the revised scope, including siding restoration.

Separately purchased improvements

The homeowner also purchased new windows and doors as additional improvements outside the insurance scope. Those additions are not included in the $25,746.72 estimate.
